Georgian Williamsburg Colonial Reproduction

This home features Flemish bond brickwork, a pattern of brick where the length and width of the bricks alternate. The windows are individual panes, rather than the customary single pane with decorative plastic separators. Other custom features include poplar plank flooring, brass box locks, wainscoting and raised panel walls.

The home is built to the specifications of Georgian-style architecture, such as the proportion of the dormers and the roof pitch. The fireplace is flanked by the raised panel woodwork that stretches across the entire wall. Also pictured is the dentiled mantleshelf above the brick fireplace. All of the colors in the home have been taken from examples of colonial homes at Williamsburg and Old Sturbridge Village.

The home is nearly 4,000 square feet and contains 10 rooms with three-and-a-half baths. The woodwork was custom crafted from over 7,000 feet of raw lumber that was specially kiln-dried. This spectacular home was featured in Colonial Homes Magazine.
